A Danville resident for over 33 years, Josh brings to Alain Pinel Realtors a wealth of skill, experience and professionalism. He joins a group of distinguished real estate professionals who are all part of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced marketing firm specializing in local properties and estates. 

Josh perfected his negotiating skills during his 18 years in construction management and sales. He held key leadership roles with companies that excelled in customer service including 8 years as a Bay Area high-end builder. His success in this highly competitive customer service based industry was built upon his passion for customer satisfaction, attention to detail and his goal-oriented personality. 

By providing top level service to all clients, Josh has experienced a successful career in the real estate and in the lending industry.  He takes pride in consistently going above and beyond in order to ensure his clients get the service they need and well deserve.
